Support Worker - (Casual)

Your Responsibilities

​

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, washing and dressing, including light meal preparations.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

• Monitor and report on client well-being and progress.

 

Requirements

​

• Caring Attitude: Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their wellbeing.

• A current, clean full driver’s licence, desirable.

• A legal right to work in New Zealand.

• Experience: Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Full training provided.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Problem Solving Skills in managing care routines and handling emergencies.

• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

• Clear Background Check: Must pass a Police Vetting Check.
